09.00am 40 gram Brinta (a wheat product)
12.00am 170 gram Low Sugar Yogurt
  1 scoop Protein
15.00pm 4 oz white fish
  1 cup cooked rice
18.00pm 4 oz. Chicken or Turkey
21.00pm 4 oz. Chicken or Turkey
    Veggies or lettuce
23.00pm 170 grams Low Sugar Yogurt

Extra supplements are Multi-vitamins and minerals, ALA, guggolbolic and Citrimax

My diet changes as the contest gets closer, and my off-season is pretty much the same only the amounts vary.
